An advanced military program that enhances a normal person to have inhuman abilities. Project Ultimo was initiated after the invasion of swarks.

Director of Destiny, Fantasia, was assigned to build a team of superpowered hypers to prevent swarks and other invaders to cause mayhem on earth.

 

Though, the team had to be invulnerable and fatal in order to face against a great number of threats on earth. So with time and money, Project Ultimo was the true answer that needed to be built.
