Hyper-Human
 

In biology and especially genetics, a hyper-human is a new form of the human race. These characters were born, created, and made for the improved evolution of humanity. For instance, the alteration with the DNA sequence hyper serum is and has always been there worlds most treasured bio-weapon. 

 

As a hyper-human, you are either born with your specials or experimented on.

 

Each hyper-human is by law NOT to use their special abilities on anyone or anything. If a hyper was caught in the act of performing their abilities they will then be apprehended and sent to a high-level security max prison for no more than 7-9 years.

 

 

In other words, the difference between a human and a hyper-human is that a human is not prone to alter one's mutation forcing their own evolution.
