In 2024, Morine Jordan was labeled the first female Director of the HHPE.

Bloodwing, the world leader of Tegnora (Earth), appointed Morine due to her unique sense of intuition and determination. Although that wasn’t the only case, Morine with a history of crimes involving extortion against the innocent, blackmailed Bloodwing into giving her the highest government position in all of Tegnora. Morine eventually was forced to change her entire identity due to her complicated background. From then on Morine Zaire Jordan never existed, and her life before never happened. Wyoming Parsley later became Morine’s contemporary name.
Morine completely devoted herself to the B.I.U and Destiny, accomplishing the toughest challenges within leadership roles. Bloodwing wanted to use her, as a psychological weapon, after Morine revealed her powers of hypnotism. Not the ticking clock and snap and at-the-end kind of hypnotism. No nothing like that. Her abilities are far more complex than just a ticking lock or some magical words.

Fantasia carried the ability to mentally induce your most pressing desires. She is considered to be a highly powerful telepathic, not only hypnotizing your mind into doing what she sees fit but also to some extent mind reading and mind control. Fantasia is mainly known for controlling users just by using their perspectives against them, then at the same time mind controlling them as well as reading both past thoughts and present thoughts within seconds.
Another ability Fantasia uses is the power to force mind control to the extent of a person obtaining the full side effect of having Cotard's syndrome. By Fantasia forcing mind control, cotard's syndrome can result in the person/user becoming more agitated and aggressive; almost zombie-like. So it's best to stay away from her at all costs...or at least…don't get on her bad side.
