The most heavily guarded penitentiary in all of Tegnora. It was designed and replicated with many improvements as a recreated version of the first hyper prison known as Bridgewater. This facility contains over a hundred hyper-humans. Bloodwing reconstructed this prison to try and turn the hypers into his own army. The only question is how long before another war stikes out between hypers and the humans?
