Bloodwing, a monarch who lives in the tallest structure known as "Globle Life" in Fault City, Tegnora. David Winger is quite ruthless to his enemies but just bad as the rest of them; thrashing anyone who breaks his laws can and will be punished for there crimes.

Bloodwing's accident resolved him into having red broken skin and becoming most likely hairless. His accident also caused him to generate acid from his hands.
