Martin Cohen prefers to go by the name Havoc, considering his identity is comparable to the prime target he is assigned to execute. He studied every method, scheme, skills, and replicated every equipment for a takedown.

Havoc was recreated and designed from the original (CRITICAL J.O.C.A.R.S) character "No Mask". The only issue Havoc faces is that he doesn't have the ability to turn into a ferocious violent demon.
